1. The Service

Triporto is operated by Entalabs LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). Triporto provides a SaaS platform for logistics management. Our software integrates with third-party Electronic Logging Device (ELD) providers to centralize your fleet data.

Triporto is a software provider, not a motor carrier or broker.

7. SMS Program Terms

Program description. By providing your phone number and consenting to receive SMS from Triporto, you agree to receive transactional text messages only — one-time verification codes, fleet-invitation links, and load-assignment notifications. Triporto does not send marketing or promotional SMS.

Message frequency. Frequency varies based on your activity in the app, typically zero to several messages per day depending on sign-in attempts and load assignments.

Opt-out. Reply STOP to any Triporto SMS to opt out. You will receive a final confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent. To re-subscribe, reply START.

Help. Reply HELP to any Triporto SMS for assistance, or email support@triporto.com.

Costs. Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier related to receiving SMS from Triporto.

Carriers. Wireless carriers and devices may delay or fail to deliver messages. Triporto and the carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Not all wireless carriers may support the SMS program.

Privacy. SMS-related data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy.
